ABC&D (Architecture, Building, Contracting & Developing) magazine supports The Big Construction Diversity Challenge as we see this as a valuable tool for implementing positive change. The different perspectives and approaches that can be brought to the industry through inclusion are highlighted and championed at the event via fun and exciting team challenges which we love, from tasks such as Walk the Plank to The Great Diversity Bake Off. The occasion also creates a unique opportunity for networking and discussion that isn’t available anywhere else.
