In 2025 Worcester Bosch CEO Carl Arntzen was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Birmingham City University (BCU) in recognition of his outstanding contributions to diversity and inclusion in engineering and this is just one example of how important we take the subject within our organisation.
Diversity is a strength as far as Worcester Bosch is concerned. During 2025 our dedicated DE&I working group has a packed calendar of events planned to support along with health and wellbeing which we feel is intrinsically connected and essential to support our workforce.
