At the heart of our business are two trusted brands – Bristan and Heritage Bathrooms. With our combined experience, we’ve long known how to design brassware and bathrooms that are built to last.
Now with around 270 colleagues, a 250,000sqft distribution centre and award-winning customer service, we continue to build on that trust. We support merchants, retailers and installers nationwide with products that are always available and all backed by the strength of our brands.

In 2026, that work was recognised with a Gold award for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at the UK Employee Experience Awards. We’re incredibly proud of that recognition, but for us it isn’t a finishing point.
Supporting the Big Construction Diversity Challenge 2027 feels like a natural next step. It gives our team the chance to learn alongside others in our industry, challenge our own thinking and bring new ideas back to Bristan Group. Most importantly, it makes an important subject engaging and accessible. We want our team to have a brilliant day but also leave having learnt something that keeps the conversation going long afterwards."
