We work hard, we work together, and we work with a cause – delivering brilliant customer support and exceptional engineering.
As an organisation of more than 1,600 employees, we also take our role in the communities we serve seriously. From giving away free heating systems for community spaces, to our charity, education, and volunteer work – we’re no strangers to rolling our sleeves up, getting stuck in, and helping out. We value all our staff.
Jo Shepherd, CEO of Worcester Bosch, said: "The Big Construction Diversity Challenge is a fantastic event to be part of. If our industry is going to thrive, we need a workforce that reflects the communities we serve. That means working together to inspire people from every background, ethnicity and gender to see construction as a career full of opportunity.
Events like this show what's possible when the industry comes together. They spark conversations, break down barriers and help attract the diverse talent our sector needs. Thank you to the organisers for creating such a valuable initiative.
Diversity is a strength as far as Worcester Bosch is concerned. During 2026 and 2027 our dedicated DE&I working group has a packed calendar of events planned to support along with health and wellbeing which we feel is intrinsically connected and essential to support our workforce. This will continue and grow each year."
